The lysine contained in the product is the most important amino acid for building muscle mass in horses. Lysine is often contained in grains in insufficient quantities. Vitamin E and selenium have a proven protective function for the muscle cell, especially for the lipid membranes, which are stressed by the increasing concentration of lactic acid caused by muscle performance and are even structurally attacked at high concentrations. The product also supports horses with deficiency symptoms, e.g. caused by selenium-deficient soils.
