It is common for cats to suffer from excessive hair loss and itchy skin, and this can have a number of different causes. In addition to food allergies, parasite infestation or other environmental influences, skin irritations are increasingly the cause of dull fur and hair loss. It can also be due to a lack of nutrients or occur as a symptom of another disease (e.g. kidney disease). Of course, excessive hair loss also occurs during the moulting season, as each hair is newly formed. Irostol® Cat also helps here, as the moulting season is strenuous for the organism and the nutrient requirement increases during this time. HOW TO FEED NUTRILABS

Feeding recommendation

It is recommended that the product be fed for at least 6 weeks – and if necessary for a longer period: this should be decided individually based on the animal’s reaction. Due to the higher vitamin and mineral content compared to complete foods, the specified feeding instructions must not be exceeded.

Powder

Depending on body weight, mix well into the food once a day as follows: up to 4 kg: ½ measuring spoon (0.8 g) up to 6 kg: 1 measuring spoon (1.6 g) over 6 kg: 1½ measuring spoons (2.4 g) For fussy cats, we recommend halving the dose for the first 7 days.
