The prebiotics contained in Synbiotix are sugar compounds (fructo-oligosaccharides) that are not digested enzymatically (completely) and thus reach the posterior sections of the intestine unhindered, where they are available as a favoured food source for the microorganisms desired in the intestine and promote their growth. Together with other substances (such as the Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast contained), they lead to rapid growth of the body’s own probiotic germs and thus hinder the colonisation of undesirable germs.

HOW TO FEED NUTRILABS

Feeding recommendation

It is recommended to feed the product for at least 3 months – if necessary also long-term: this is to be decided individually according to the reaction of the animal.

Mix well into the feed. Best taken in the evening, as better utilisation is achieved during the resting phase. Animal weight: up to 250 kg: initial amount (2 weeks): 2 scoops (30 g) maintenance amount: 1 scoop (15 g) 250-400 kg: initial amount (2 weeks): 4 scoops (60 g) maintenance amount: 2 scoops (30 g) 400-550 kg: initial amount (2 weeks): 6 scoops (90 g) Maintenance amount: 3 scoops (45 g) Over 550 kg: Initial amount (2 weeks): 8 scoops (120 g) Maintenance amount: 4 scoops (60 g) In phases of increased stress on the gastrointestinal tract, the dose can be tripled for a short time (maximum of 3 days).
