COLOFOR® powder:
For dogs with frequent and recurring diarrhoea

Colofor® Powder (formerly Estifor® Powder) helps dogs that suffer from frequent and recurring diarrhoea. The range of ingredients primarily supports the long-term retention of fluid in the intestine to effectively promote normal bowel movements and stabilise the intestinal flora. The product is formulated with physiological consequences in mind and therefore also contains ingredients that strengthen the immune system, as a large part of it is located in the gut. The main ingredients of Colofor® help to relieve chronic diarrhoea and maintain a healthy digestive tract:

• Bentonite (montmorillonite): this rock flour with a large surface area for binding liquid (“stopping”) also binds unwanted substances.
• such as toxins and microbial metabolites, thereby helping to eliminate them
• L-glutamine: the amino acid helps to maintain and strengthen a healthy intestinal mucosal barrier and intestinal muscles.
• Shiitake mushrooms: are a source of beta-glucans that support the immune system and promote anti-inflammatory processes in the gut.
• Prebiotics – fructo-oligosaccharides: important nutrients for beneficial intestinal bacteria
• Yeast: supports the growth of the intestinal flora
